Announcement- Matters Disccused in JPP Zone Bandar Bukit Puchong

 Dear BP11 Residents;

The JPP Zone Bukit Puchong had their meeting on 1st February 2013 in Baiduri Courts. The matters discussed are as follows:

1. Pot Holes in BP11 and around Bandar Bukit Puchong

All residents must be active in making reports on potholes to Majlis Perbandaran Sepang (MPS). We suggested that the roads in BP11 to be resurface/re-tared. For this request, the RA needs to write to MPS.

2. Repair of Playground in BP11

Being informed that MPS will repair the playgound in BP11 by April 2013. It has been suggested that we do a survey of the Taman and list down the areas/item that needs to be repaired/replaced. The RA needs to write to MPS and provide them this list and use it as a check list of the repairs carried out.

3. Futsal / Basketball Court

We have highlighted on the need to have either a futsal or basketball court for BP11. We were advised to write-in to request for a two in one Futsal / Basketball Court to be built in the playground of BP11.

4. 3R Program

MPS PLANS to provide the BINS FOR RECYCLE MATERIALS to each Taman by April 2013. RA will have to manage these operations, and the recycle materials will be collected by a contractor for the whole of Bandar Bukit Puchong.

5. Badminton Competition for Bandar Bukit Puchong

There will be a badminton competition to be organized by JPP Zone Bandar Bukit Puchong for all the Tamans in Bandar Bukit Puchong in March 2013. The RA will write to the residents to get the general information and gauge the responses of those who are interested to participate. From these they will decide and plan on the age and gender groupings.
