BP11 Residents Association or known as Persatuan Penduduk Bandar Bukit Puchong 2, BP11

In today's challenging living environment many housing estates today have their own Residents Association (RA). No matter whether the housing estate is big or small, it comprises a community who share the same common areas, roads, parks and recreational facilities. With these shared facilities they also share the same interest and responsibility of taking care of everyone by coming together and forming a Residents Association, to make sure their interest are protected.

"For a safe and caring living environment in BP11. We care."

What is the advantage of a Residents Association?
1.Volunteer for a good cause towards an enjoyable life in the community.
2.Share resources and ideas to maintain or improve the community, cleanliness and security.
3. A contact point to serve as a communication centre among neighbours.
4.Work together to fight neighbourhood crimes such as snatch thieves, burglaries and break-ins.
5. Have an advantage in working closely with the developer and authorities, to look after neighbourhood interests.
6. Act as a watchdog for the community.
7. Have a cohesive voice in the interest of the community.
8. A contact point to serve as a communication centre among neighbours.
9.Increase the value of the property by developing a safe and friendly neighbourhood.

Committee Member's BP 11 Residents Association for Year 2012-2013. There are six (6) working committee to represent and support all activities outline by Mr. Chairman.

 

 

1st AGM BP11 Residents Association

Our 1st BP11 Residents Association Meeting for Year 2012-2013 was held on 30th November 2012, 9PM at  1st Floor, Rahimah's Kitchen, Bandar Bukit Puchong 2.

There are few matters discussed such as Setting up of new committee work groups for year 2012-2013, Security Issues and implementation of Automatic Barrier Gate project.
